At Game Crave Tournament Store, we want you to look your best on and off the leaderboard. If your apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Gear

Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely back in the original packaging.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
